Tailwinds Rental Assistance is a labor of love; founded at the intersection of property management and animal welfare.  

 

As a previous renter with a dog, I know first hand how difficult it can be to find housing that is pet-friendly and affordable!  So from day one,  we made it a priority to offer only "pet-friendly" rental properties. Today, we go one step further; meeting the more recent gold standard of "pet-inclusive".

 

But seeing how many other pet owners really struggle with finding affordable pet-friendly housing, especially in light of the rapidly-increasing array of pet-related fees, we wanted to do more.

So Tailwinds Rental Assistance was born!
